Exchanges & Returns

All purchases are final sale. We do not offer refunds.
We accept exchanges only within 14 days of delivery.

Exchange Conditions

Items must be returned:

  • Unworn, unused, and in original condition

  • With all original tags attached

  • In original packaging

  • With valid proof of purchase

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Requesting an Exchange

To request an exchange, please contact support@caradolondon.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Approved exchanges must be returned to:

Exchanges sent without prior authorisation will not be accepted. Detailed return instructions will be provided once your request is approved.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the matter promptly.

Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalised products

  • Personal care or beauty items

European Union Customers

For orders shipped within the European Union, you may cancel or exchange your order within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer regulations.
Please note: refunds are not offered. Eligible items may be exchanged only and must meet the conditions outlined above.
